New design for min magnetizer 

It is just for magnetization of small alnico rods, diameter<= 0.197" ( 5.0mm) and length <=0.984"(25.00mm), and material can be alnico2, alnico3, alnico4 and alnico5, mostly for pickups magnets,  and also for reed, sensor and etc.
